Adding Flaxseed oil to your protein shake is a great start to making a Super Food protein shake. I’ve been recommending Flaxseed Oil to my clients for years to help them lose body fat and keep muscle. Flaxseed Oil along with blueberries and apples makes a great pre or post workout meal.
