When embarking on any fitness goal, whether that goal is to lose weight, gain lean muscle, lose body fat, increase your level of physical conditioning, or any other goal you may have, it is very important that you track your progress. You always want to have a picture of where you are when you start your fitness journey and along the way you also want to periodically check in and see how things are going.

That’s why we recommend filling out your food log book, its 100% optional and not required to participate in the program.
