The WCBC Assessment

A powerful resource. Upon enrollment, we evaluate one’s current fitness level and help establish a program that leads to success. During the assessment, a one on one discussion occurs revealing the member’s exercise history, their fitness goals, and their current level of nutrition. A brief medical history is reviewed, as well as any current exercise limitations that the member may have. A series of tests are done including a postural analysis and a body fat analysis. You will leave the Active Assessment with a solid baseline for where you are, where you want to be and a plan for how you will get there.

Following the Active Assessment, we want to give you the ability to take the information you gathered and work with some of our talented trainers to make sure you are comfortable with the facility and to make sure you are on the right track to meeting your health and fitness goals.
