Boot Camp

West Coast Boot Camp

West Coast Boot Camp was created with one thing in mind: RESULTS. Our clients have seen amazing results and now you can to. You can get lean and strong using our proven fitness program. Our 30 days of no-nonsense, total-body workouts designed to completely reshape your body in 30 days. It’s all based on “muscle confusion” — a technique that constantly challenges your muscles with varying sequences of different exercises. All the workouts include carefully planned “work” and “weekend rest days” circuits with specific rep counts. The exercises blend proven weight-room classics with Boot Camp routines. The toning ranges from classic squats and bicep curls to multi-muscle training and plyometrics exercises.

The Assessment Includes:

With every workout your form and body will improve. It’s important to track your progress that is why we start and finish with an assessment. Fitness Assessments measure your current level of fitness, aid in goal setting and tracking your progress, track a variety of health related components, and increase motivation! Our WCBC Assessment provides a baseline measurement of cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, body composition, and flexibility. Assessments are recommended prior to beginning our boot camp or personal training exercise program and throughout the progression to track your progress.

Food Log Book:

When embarking on any fitness goal, whether that goal is to lose weight, gain lean muscle, lose body fat, increase your level of physical conditioning, or any other goal you may have, it is very important that you track your progress. You always want to have a picture of where you are when you start your fitness journey and along the way you also want to periodically check in and see how things are going. That’s why we recommend filling out your food log book, its 100% optional and not required to participate in the program.
